PF Bank KYC की प्रक्रिया को आप एक सुरक्षित डिजिटल पहचान सत्यापन की तरह समझ सकते हैं। यह चार चरणों में पूरा होता है:
1. पहला कदम: आपकी जानकारी भरना (डेटा एंट्री)
आप क्या करते हैं? आप अपने PF (EPF) पोर्टल/UAN पोर्टल पर लॉग इन करते हैं और बैंक केवाईसी सेक्शन में जाकर अपना बैंक अकाउंट नंबर, IFSC कोड, और Bank Address दर्ज करते हैं।
रिजल्ट: यह सारी जानकारी सबसे पहले आपके PF खाते को संभालने वाले PF के कंप्यूटर सर्वर (EPF Server) के पास दर्ज हो जाती है।
2. दूसरा कदम: PF सर्वर का सुरक्षित ट्रांसफर (एन्क्रिप्शन)
PF सर्वर का उद्देश्य: PF सर्वर को यह पक्का करना होता है कि जो बैंक खाता आपने दिया है, वह सही में आपका है।
सुरक्षा तकनीक: PF सर्वर आपकी भरी हुई जानकारी (नाम, अकाउंट नंबर, IFSC कोड) को लेता है और उसे एक सीक्रेट कोड (जिसे एन्क्रिप्शन कहते हैं) में बदल देता है।
ट्रांसफर: इस एन्क्रिप्टेड (सीक्रेट कोड वाले) डेटा को आपके बैंक के कंप्यूटर सर्वर (Bank Server) के पास भेजा जाता है।
महत्वपूर्ण: यह सीक्रेट कोड (Server-to-Server Encryption) इसलिए ज़रूरी है ताकि जानकारी पूरी तरह से सुरक्षित रहे और बीच में कोई भी इसे पढ़ या बदल न सके।
3. तीसरा कदम: बैंक सर्वर का सत्यापन (जांच पड़ताल)
रिकॉर्ड चेक: आपके बैंक का कंप्यूटर सर्वर उस सीक्रेट कोड वाले डेटा को खोलता है।
यह सर्वर अपनी बैंक की रिकॉर्ड बुक में आपकी डिटेल्स चेक करता है:
क्या यह बैंक अकाउंट नंबर उनके सिस्टम में मौजूद है?
क्या इस अकाउंट नंबर पर आपका नाम (जैसा PF में भरा है) पूरी तरह से मैच करता है?
क्या आपने IFSC कोड सही डाला है?
बैंक सर्वर इस जानकारी की अंतिम पुष्टि करता है।
4. चौथा कदम: अंतिम फैसला: मंजूरी या नामंजूरी
जांच पूरी होने के बाद, बैंक सर्वर वापस PF सर्वर को जवाब भेजता है:
